Too Much Pickled Cauliflower

Made some yesterday, container broke this morning and all pickling liquid ended up on the floor. So now they are lightly pickled and I don't want to pickle them again. Aside from eating them cold, any suggestions for how to use up a head of barely-pickled cauliflower?

    I was wondering about a soup....maybe curried....but just don't know if the vinegar might make it weird.

      Can you roast it now? Or make soup? Maybe put it in chilled beet soup? It might make an unusual cauliflower puree....
