Former Chicken Fast Food Chain

OK Guys I hope Chowhounders can help me even though that was not high cuisine at all.

I used to live in NYC in 2002-2003 and I was pretty broke. I used to always go to a fast-food chain of restaurants whose menu was entirely based on chicken.
The decor of their restaurants was yellow or orange and I know they had several locations around Manhattan - maybe other places but I was Manhattan-based. I know there was one on 8th avenue north of Time Square and one near Bryant Park (I am pretty sure at the location of the current Bank of America Tower)
Prices were fairly low for NYC. I would go there because their food was decent and they had special deals for lunch.
I remember distinctly two chicken sandwiches including one that was a bit like a McChicken but with bread, not a bun and the ingredients were overall fresher than a fast food restaurant. Can't remember what they served with that but I assume fries.
They also had a simple grilled chicken sandwich and my keenest memory is a chicken pasta bowl. It was simply pasta with some tomato sauce and grilled chicken on top but they had a deal for that on certain days so I always got that. They served it in a bowl, a bit like Taco Bell does for some of their items and the wrap for their sandwich was metallic-looking.
I think they also had chicken fingers - actually I am sure now that I think about it - but they didn't serve what we would all call "fried chicken".

Problem is: I can't remember the name of that chain - and therefore I don't know if it still exists. I used Google Map street view to see if I could see a store to jog my memory but nothing so maybe they have closed since then.
Does ANYONE have an idea what chain I am talking about? It has been driving me nuts for weeks!

Sounds like Ranch 1. I used to work at Park & 27th, and there was one nearby that my co-workers were crazy about.
