Venice: Four wonderful choices- Only have three meal slots- Need help please.

So many choices...so little time...which one should we not go to::

Il Ridotto, Osteria Oliva Nera, A Beccafino, or Bottega Promessi Sposi.

I know these are four Fantastic places. Unfortunatly, we only have time for two lunches, and one dinner.....help us make make the right choice...even though I know there is no bad one.

well, A Beccafico is not Venetian cuisine, its Sicilian/Southern italian, would that be a factor for you? If it would me I would skip it - no need for bufala in Venice. Oliva Nera is also not particularly venetian, but Ive seen praise for it on this board, and MIchele Scibilia also has good things to say about it.

I actually know that A Beccafico is Sicilian...but I hear it's wonderful. So I'm thinking I have to eliminate either Oliva Nera, which I also read is wonderful, or Bottega.....Il Ridotto is a must do I think......tough to decide.

I was in Venice in March and ate at both Il Ridotto and A Beccafico. I would highly recommend both and, in fact, did so in my trip report.
