I've tried Safeway, Giant, Dean and Deluca, and even Spices & Tea on Wisconsin ave.... no dice! Anyone know where I can get some?

Gratefully,

Sam

Penzy's has it online and you might want to check their retail stores -

We've gotten our chile de arbol at the market next to La Placita or El Eden.

            Global Foods.
Mine in Woodbridge might be a hike for you, but the street market pricing on most stuff should balance the ga$.
I've not visited any of the other locations.

Try Shoppers. The one near me has it but I don't know about in DC.
