Birthday Dinner Suggestions

My daughter and I both have a birthday a few days apart. We always go out to dinner to celebrate. Places like Chamberlains, Ferrari's, Fogo, etc. Nothing to risky. This year I would like to find a chef's tasting menu or something along those lines. Don't want a snobby trendy restaurant. Just really comfortable atmosphere and really great food. We are a family of 5 ranging in age from 16 to 50. Live in Lewisville, but willing to travel.

Eden on W. Lovers Lane could be very good, too. And, they're BYOB/W! The food is mostly locally sourced and all home made from scratch on the premises. I've read nothing but raves about Eden.

Suggest chef's table at Bijoux or Marquee.

The first places that come to my mind would be, (not in any particular order)........
        Neighborhood Services.
        Sissy's.
        The Grape.
        Stephen Pyles.

You're sure to get many more suggestions.

I think we are going to give Stephen Pyles a try. Thanks for the suggestions. I'll let you know how the dinner was.
