Looking for Restaurant around Charleston, SC that will cook fish you catch

In some other beach areas we have found restaurants that will cook fish that you catch. We went out with a guide and have some beautiful redfish fillets and were wondering if such a place exists around Charleston or some of the surrounding beach communities.

Thanks for the reply! We ended up just freezing it to do up when we get home. We actually found that the Charleston Crab House will also do it (at least the one near Folly Beach).

Too bad - that might have been the first piece of local fish the Charleston Crab House had in their kitchen in years. Sorry, that was just too tempting to resist.
