Saw a new product at the store in NJ last week packets of crystalized honey. Anyone fimiliar with this product. Baking etc???
Which store did you find it in? I'm looking for some.
I see it in Asian groceries, especially Korean. I kind of wonder whether it is pure honey. Still it might taste good and be useful. I just take any health claims with a great big grain of sugar.
Sprinkle on salmon, toast, veggies for just a touch of sweetness.
Usu. a sugar substitute for teas, coffees, etc.
