P'tit Plateau Closed for July - Where to go now?

aowhite Jun 25, 2012 09:29 AM

I am visiting Montreal the weekend of July 6th and I had my heart set on dinner at P'tit Plateau. I just called for a reservation and it turns out they are closed for vacation for the month of July.

What's my next best bet? Looking for a BYO with classic, delicious bistro fare. Not concerned with price as long as the food is great.

I had a nice meal at Les Héritiers last week. They are not homey like P'tit Plateau but they are also a BYOW doing French/Quebecois fare. Their table d'hote is huge, and a great bang for the buck, and similar in price range from what I remember.

Les Infidèles is my personal favourite. Same price range, same area, BYOW.

There's "Monsieur B" and "French Connection" in the same "general" location.

Le Smoking Vallée, Les Canailles, Chez Bouffe, Quartier Général, Les Héritiers...
