Agree with Madame Jeanette but would also add Aqua Grill.

didn't go but heard great things about Madame Jeanette's. i'll also add The Flying Fishbone. you get to sit at your table with your feet in the water. and the food was great.

Madame Jeanette's is great! For me - a trip to Aruba is complete without the almond grouper!
Another great place is Carte Blanche

      3. New restaurant at Costa Linda getting great reviews. Tables overlooking ocean. It is called Waters Edge

        1. I just got back from Aruba and my favorite meals were at:
Madame Jeannettes (far and away the best food)
Flying Fishbone - crazy romantic and excellent wine list
Salt and Pepper - a solid choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner

          My least favorite were:
Trattoria del Faro Blanco was a disappointment and very overpriced.
          Bugaloe's was downright horrible.
Pelican's Nest I avoided just after looking at it.
Tandoor has awful service, but ok food.
Casa Tua - but you get what you pay for.

I wish I could have gotten into Carte Blanche, but I forgot to book a month ahead...
