Lobster Thermadore And Spam

Has anyone ever run into a recipie of Lobster Thermadore And Spam, based on the old Monty Python sketch? I did about ten years ago in a book about the history of Spam. Needless to say I didn't try to cook it. Back then I could barley afford black beans and pasta.

  1. I believe it's officially called Lobster Thermidor aux Crevettes with a mornay sauce, served in a Provencale manner with shallots and aubergines, garnished with truffle pate, brandy and with a fried egg on top and spam.

    Shouldn't be too hard to whip up at home.
