After months of loud construction, unannounced road blocks and denials to the press and local dwellers that they were opening a restaurant in the Manchester Building on Prospect, residents of the neighborhood today received a Notice of Intention to Engage in the Sale of Alcoholic Beverages.

What's funny is that Coston Architects listed Amaya "new restaurant" as one of their design projects back in 2011. Guess they've been working on it for a while...
