Does any one know where I can find tiger nuts, also called chufas, to make spanish orchata?
Under the names tigernuts and tionkon, they're widely available in West African markets in Harlem, including New Harlem Halal Meat, 2132 Frederick Douglass, and P&G Bakayoyo, 208 St. Nicholas.
Likely D'Espana spanish foods. They have a few locations. Great products.
