Chinese Sausage

Does anybody have a suggestion on where to pick up good Chinese sausage in Chinatown? The one that my family used to get a lot must have changed ownership or something many years ago and then quality and taste became different. One of my favorite things is just steamed Chinese sausage over rice.

Kam Man on Canal, Deluxe Market on Elizabeth or there is a butcher shop on Bayard, near Elizabeth Street for starters.

Thanks fellas. Lau, I'm definitely going to try this spot.

Yea, scoopG, I go to that butcher shop on Bayard relatively frequently. They have a few kinds, if I recall. I've always wanted to buy a bunch of different kinds and just do a taste test, but never got around to it.
