Monday's in Providence

I'm in Storrs Ct for a month and only have Monday's off. I noticed a lot of the recommended restaurants are closed on Mondays. Bummer man. I am desperate for something eatable after 2 weeks in Storrs. I would love to get some good fish or seafood but I' completely open as long as it's good. I'm a super snob about Italian food so no red sauce or veal marsala joints. Help please.
