Making seedless blackberry freezer jam with instant pectin
I'm obviously uneducated when it comes to making jam. I followed the directions on my Ball instant pectin container, but the jam is a little runny. Obviously, I shouldn't have removed the seeds with my Foley food mill. Is there any way to make blackberry freezer jam, but without seeds? I've searched the web, and I can't find out how to vary the proportions of sugar, pectin, and fruit puree. Thanks for your help!
