duck + apricots?

Does anyone have any duck & apricot recipes they'd like to share?
Making duck breast with an apricot jam-based sauce tonight (something along the lines of this http://saramoulton.com/2011/09/sauteed-duck-breasts-with-apricot-szechuan-peppercorn-sauce/ ), but would love some other ideas for future recipes.

Mom used to roast a pre-blanched duckling basting it with the syrup from a large can of apricots. After draining most of the fat from the pan, added the apricots to the pan to brown a little. Delicious.

A few days ago I made this Apricot Miso Jam. It is more savory than sweet. In addition to dried apricots it also has dried cherries. It is not processed or anything - very simple to make. I have not tried it yet with duck but would imagine it would be delicious as apricots and cherries go so well with duck. It goes well with everything else I've tried!

I have not tried it, but you could do an apricot salsa instead of a mango salsa and do duck tacos.
