Collier's Powerful Welsh Cheddar
Just had this last night for the first time. The almost buttery texture with the sharp taste was amazing. Probably the best cheddar I've ever had. Any other's like it?
Having it right now with avocado and hard boiled egg on whole wheat..

Yep, I think it's OK, for a factory produced cheese. Although I wouldnt rate it even as the best cheddar produced using milk from North Wales (my vote there would go for Black Bomber from Snowdonia Cheese)
And not a patch on the market leading West Country farmhouse produced products. IMO.
It's the sort of cheese I'd use for cooking - a sauce, or cheese on toast - that sort of thing.
