No sugar mulberry recipes please!

Found a mulberry tree in the school yard so I have about 2 cups of fresh mulberries. Unfortunately I've recently been diagnosed as diabetic, so all the things I would normally make are out ! So, I'm looking for some low carb recipes to use them, preferably with protein. I despise the chemical taste of sugar substitutes, so no recipes like that please. I thought they might go nicely with pork. What do you think?

You can add them to enchiladas or tacos with chicken and a little chipotle in adobo.

Also makes a good chicken salad ingredient -- a little mayo, reduced balsamic, thyme, caramelized onion, mulberries and S & P. sometimes a little paprika or even a pinch of cumin or curry.

A nice salad (topped with grilled fish or chicken if desired) - arugula or rocket (or romaine/spinach if you're me), thinly sliced fennel bulb, some fennel seeds, some toasted cumin seeds, lemon juice, parsley (or basil or rosemary), olive oil, salt, pepper and berries....

great ideas guys! Plus, I'll eat almost anything with carmelized onions! Lol! I love spicy and sweet so the chipotle idea is intriguing.
Both those links look great too, Todao. Nice combinations. Boy, I managed to strike gold with only 2 answers. Thank you both.
