Paris in July - romantic restaurant suggestion in Marais

Hi!

We are heading to Paris in July and will be celebrating my wife's birthday there. We will be near Le Marais and I would love some suggestions on a relatively inexpensive place that is preferably French, romantic with nice views and/or ambiance.. Moderately priced would mean something around 120-140 euros for both of us. Thanks in advance for some suggestions. Btw this is our first time in Paris.
