Small restaurant to hold my 19-30 person wedding reception in Montreal?
Hello!
I am looking for a place that my family & friends can gather after my civil ceremony in Montreal. We checked Roberto's, but their room was too small. I'd like someplace that sets the tables themselves and has a alcoholic drink menu. All different menu plans are acceptable, although we would like to stay away from Indian food. Me and my fiance live in the Villeray area, and his sister lives in Outremont. Because most of my family is from out of country, I'd like it if they wouldn't have to travle TOO far from the courthouse. There will be anywhere from 18 - 30 guests. We want something simple that will allow us to spend time with one another. :). Links would be appreciated!

Daylight Factory do events on Saturday, as they are opened only weekly. Don't know if it would be too much, but you have the place to yourself, it's in old Montreal, nice and air conditionned inside and has a really nice patio in the back. www.daylightfactory.ca
If you just want a restaurant, Graziella in old Montreal has private table. In the more expensive range (by Montreal's standards). www.restaurantgraziella.ca

Restaurant La Diva is on Rene Levesque in front of the Radio Canada building. Great home style Italian food, can easily handle your crowd as a friend of mine had his wedding reception there and it was great. It might fit your bill perfectly :)
