Looking for "teen-friendly" restaurant for birthday dinner

Hi I'm turning fifteen in two weeks and want a classier, nicer restaurant to go to for a birthday dinner near the Loop (preferably) with about 10 girls. We'd be taking a train down from the suburbs into Union Station then walking or taking a bus down there. Any suggestions would be awesome! Thank you.

How about Mercat a la Planxa for tapas? Very fun place with good food.

If you walk from Union Station to Jackson and the river and take the 126 bus toward Congress, get off at Congress & Michigan and you're very close. Mercat is at 638 S. Michigan in the Blackstone Hotel.

    Have a happy birthday!

For the 15-year-old girl scene I'd recommend Carnivale. Loop-ish. Don't know if it meets your price expectations:

That would be awesome but they said they were all booked up for the next month...any more suggestions?

Then I'd recommend Hub 51 or Sushi Samba (the New York West Village location got some "Sex and the City" notoriety back in the day and it's still a fun spot).

Along the same line - Sunda.

Sunda is a clear winner for food, but I thought Samba had the teen appeal factor.

True - but sometimes you can spot a celebrity at Sunda.
