Costco trip to Kansas,Mo or Kansas City,Kansas.

Not sure where to post this?Will be coming to one of the 3 Costco's you have in your area but not sure which one to go to,my time will be very limited, so I'm asking for fellow chowhounds help last time I went to the Linwood Blvd one and was disappointed,the one in Overland Park doesn't carry alcohol ,how is the one in Lenexa??mainly getting tires and the specials they usually carry during the Holiday's.

Was there a particular area you found disappointing in the Linwood store? Knowing what types of products you're looking for would help. Another suggestion would be going to the OP Costco and hitting Trader Joe's (on the MO side, in Ward Parkway mall) on the way home.

If my memory serves me right I believe I was there just a few day's before Easter last year,was looking for the Swift bone in pork roast which we love plus some of the good belgian candy, at that time I had the time to drive to the Costco in Independence they had all my want's,forgot about the costco in O.P.
This trip I plan on going to Bichelmeyers also which is a must, besides getting my tires.
Do not need the roasts this trip as I loaded up just before EAster trip to St,Louis,I must say I was amazed at all the special's they had for the Holiday's,I know that not all Costco's carry the same things,thats why I asked in your all opinion's of which one carries the better variety's.

None of the Kansas stores sell booze because it's illegal. We think the OP store is better than the Lenexa one as far as selection.
