Sunday dinner in the financial district

I'm meeting a friend from Hong Kong for dinner on Sunday. She'll be staying at 75 Wall Street so something in that vicinity will be best. The hotel's restaurant quality has dropped & we didn't have luck at area restaurants last year. We like everything so any suggestions will be appreciated,

Ask on the Manhattan board. Much more appropriate than here and lots more traffic. I's suggest you add more details like price range and type of food.
