BYOB Restaurant - Good for Groups

I am looking for a BYOB restaurant within a 10-15 minute cab ride from Midtown for a group of about 20 girls. We're open to any and all cuisines, although we were hoping to find a good sushi place. Does anyone have a recommendation? Thanks!

I've had a group that size rent out the entire restaurant Nook. Food is pretty good and well-priced. It's not sushi, though.

I've heard decent things about Poke Restaurant (for sushi) on the UES, though I've not personally been.

We just hosted a much bigger group dinner (about 3x the size) in chinatown (which may be stretching your 15 minute cabe ride from midtown depending on where in midtown and what time of day/day of week were talking) and found the restuarant (Amazing 66) to be quite amenable to byo. i ordered a couple cases of wine to be delivered to the restauarant and they were most gracious about the whole thing.
