White Lily Flour

Is there any place in the Twin Cities that carries this supposedly magical stuff? Thanks!

Have always wondered: Is White Lily worth the effort of tracking down and what makes it such a great flour?

I think it has a lower protein content, which lends itself to more tender biscuits, among other things.

I live in NC and it is readily available in every grocery store here, as well as Walmart, and it is super cheap too.

Yeah, I say that....I was hoping that some tiny independent store might be bucking the system!
