Have always wondered: Is White Lily worth the effort of tracking down and what makes it such a great flour?
I think it has a lower protein content, which lends itself to more tender biscuits, among other things.
I live in NC and it is readily available in every grocery store here, as well as Walmart, and it is super cheap too.
I'm getting 10 # you can have a couple of # to try if you want.
It looks like maybe not.
