re: latindancer
"Have you ever watched an artist paint in a studio? "
Yep, six days a week. Most every week.
Like I suggested, I'm a messy fellow. I don't shave regularly, see nothing wrong with wearing the same pair of shorts a couple times a week, and walk around bearfoot* whenever I can get away with it. Nonetheless, I learned that a little more patience (and a little less gin) led to benefits in the kitchen.
* Pun completely intended.

re: MGZ
LOL...
Very good. I come from a long lineage of great cooks....my grandmother having been the one who inspired me in the French methods.
If I haven't changed now I never will. So far nobody has ever complained about my cooking/baking and I rather enjoy cleaning up after myself all these years :). I'd never think to let anyone else do it :). -

Of course, sometimes my family would have a different response:
What IS that?
or alternately....
What is THAT?
