When making pasta dishes to store in the freezer, and finish baking before serving, do you cook your noodles ?
I always cook the noodles and bake the lasagna, then freeze. One recipe--vegetarian, from when Graham Kerr went healthy--does collect water when defrosted, but that can easily be drained off without loss of flavor.
Yes...but never bake before placing in the freezer.
