There is a HUGE aisle of chinese sausage at 99 Ranch. Which brand is your favorite?

I generally get mine from the Tak Shing Hong outlets, prefer them over the brands carried at Ranch 99.

The one I have been purchasing of late "Orchard Sausage Inc.", there is also another made in San Francisco, unfortunately can't remember the name.
