Marinating in the freezer?
I've been buying bulk protein at Costco, and breaking it down into reasonable serving sizes and freezing in ziplock storage bags for later use. I've been thinking about marinating/seasoning the meet prior to freezing with the long marination in the freezer would result in a really flavorful piece of meat. Wondering if anyone has done this? Any pros cons? Approaches to avoid? All thoughts are appreciated.
