Roasted Goose and Pigeon in HK

Need help from the expert , I'll be staying in Central this July and really need your recommendation with roasted goose(No more Yung Kee) and pigeon (any kinds of cooking,Thank you)

    Try Yat Lok. It is one street closer to the harbor than Yung Kee. Not a restaurant though but a cha chan tang for a quick bite. Decent goose but quality varies quite a bit.
