I read about A Spoonful of Soul Food & Smoked BBQ in the SJ Mercury Newspaper. Suppose to have smothered pork chops, collard greens, fried okra, catfish, peach cobbler, banana pudding, etc.

Cook is Lynda Atkins & she had cooked for her church Lily of the Valley Christian Center, Oakland.

Family recipes with roots in Oklahoma, Louisiana, Alabama.
