We posted a review last night based on our dinging experience at Big Buck 6/15/2012.
This place was absolutely amazing! We had twelve adults in our group on a busy Friday night and had to wait thirty minutes for a table. In that waiting time, we were able to sample many of their home beers and line of spirits and wine...IT WAS AWESOME!
Dinner was no different for any of us. Our waiter (Jake) was energetic and very helpful in menu choices and staying on top of things. Food was also VERY good.... from the ribs, fish and steaks...all very well prepared. The night was finished with a personal tour of the brewery by our waiter. Can't wait until we are back in the area again as we will obviously be back again. We purchased many of their spirits and beer to go at their internal store. Love this place. We found this wonderful gem while at the Michigan Brewers Guild Winter Festival in Grand Rapids (they had lines waiting to sample their beers longer than any other brewery)…love the cellar ages triple rye!
Our group was dumbfounded to find this negative thread and strongly over opinionated review of this establishment based on not having tequila. How sad of a thread sharlanddouglas. This is a Michigan based company developing dozens of the best handcrafted spirits in the country. We asked if they had tequila and we were informed that it’s illegal for a distillery to make tequila in the United States. Our group gladly spent hundreds of dollars dinning, and enjoying their handcrafted beer, wine and spirits. All from a Michigan based company. Everyone in our group spent hundreds purchasing more Big Buck spirits, beer and wine “to go”.
Irony, our group tried Benethums earlier in the week (lots of discounts offered) we left after one drink. Benethums was not bad just pricy and tired maybe the parking lot should have been a hint.
