Belgian in Tampa

I come form a land where Belgian Mussels and Frites are a right of passage, not something nonexistent. Scouring both Chowhound and Google, I find nothing. Is this possible? I am tempted to shop at Publix for my fix. Anyone? Class?

St. Pete Brasserie has mussels and pomme frites with aioli on the menu. We like to go and sit at the bar, have a glass of wine and small plates. While not traditionally Belgian still yummy.
