Something new (to me) in carbon knives

I don't recall this house line on their site before. Seriously, 10" chef for ninety bucks! I have bought half a dozen knives from these folk over the years and referred others there, too.

  1. Not an ideal design.. that thick bolster will get in the way of sharpening.

      1. Interesting that they have the plastic handles as that is what my early '70s Sabatier **** Elephant's have with the exclusion of the Nogent which is wood.

        The Best Things keeps on surprising us with little goodies :)
