Foodie Bachelor Party dinner for 8 in Montreal - Joe Beef is Max 6 what would you recommend?

We initially wanted to have a dinner at Joe beef but their max size is 6 people and we would be 8.
If we want 1 great dinner while in Montreal for the weekend for a group of 8 foodies what would you recommend?
Where should we not miss?

Definitely going to do the delis for lunch but I am looking for the one stand out dinner option that we should have.

Or you could see if they can accommodate you at Liverpool House, next door, which is larger.

Not similar to Joe Beef, but in the "not to be missed" category : Les 400 coups.

How soon are you coming? Joe Beef's reservation policies can be outsmarted. I saw a table of 14 New Yorkers there last week on the terrasse. You could book two 4-tops then try to negotiate putting you all together at one table outside.

The other obvious choices are discussed a lot on this board. Salle a Manger, Pied de Cochon, Chien Fumant are bachelor party staples if good food is a priority. If you'd rather have visual than gustatory entertainment (if you get what I mean), then probably Ferriera, Globe, or Buona Notte.
