I'm hoping to find an affordable restaurant that serves some sort of dish with bone marrow, in the Denver or Boulder areas, or ideally between the two cities.
Bones has bone marrow as a starter and Euclid Hall has Bruléed Beef Marrow Bones (both places highly recommended). Oak in Boulder has had bone marrow topped with caviar before too.
Can you still Tebone at Euclid Hall, even though Tebow is gone?
Thanks, I went to Bones today for my birthday dinner and the bone marrow was delicious! So was everything else as well. The fig stuff (mostarda?) was perfect with it.
Just looked at Oak at Fourteenth's current menu and it's still listing the marrow.
My wife and I swear we got it at The Kitchen in Denver a couple months ago. It doesn't appear to be on the menu, though. Maybe it was a special?
Also, more expensive, but Colt & Gray has it as well.
