Recs for Dim Sum in Little Saigon?

What's currently the best option for Dim Sum in the Westminster area? Due to time constraints, we won't be going up to the SGV or even down to Irvine, so please don't say everything sucks in Little Saigon and I should go elsewhere. The last recs I found on the board were for Seafood Paradise back in 2008, but that had mixed reviews. Suggestions much appreciated

Probably still the best in that area but the selection and quality seem to have dropped off of late.

Seafood Paradise is my choice in the area. I really like their congee and their turnip cake. I stay away from their har gow and anything else with the same type of wrapper as they tend to be gummy.

At the southern end of LIttle Saigon, Lang Ngon does a dim sum with the carts starting at 9AM. They seemed to have decent choices but were not very crowded, possibly due to the dim sum being a new thing for them.
