Adonis, Akhavan, some health food stores, some gourmet stores, some supermarkets with "international" sections. Basically anywhere you would buy other Middle-Eastern ingredients.

I got mine at Marche Lobo at Avenue du Parc, just north of Milton. They carry both a small and large bottles from a brand called Chtoura Garden.

The only place I could find some without any added sugar was at La Dépense in Marché Jean-Talon.

Really? Clic brand, which is the most commonly available, lists only one ingredient: concentrated pomegranate juice.

Thank you all for your input!

I found a bottle of Cortas brand concentrated pomegranate juice. I realised it's the same as pomegranate molasses, but I did boil it down to make it sweeter and thicker (and it did smell like molasses in the end).

We split some discussion about what to do with the pomegranate molasses once you've found it over to our Home Cooking board, since that's a general question that we think will get more answers there. Check it out: http://www.chow.com/topics/854611
