Homemade Grissini

I'd like to make grissini for a dinner party I'm having next Friday. Anyone have a tried and true recipe? If I make them this weekend, will they keep for a week? I'm thinking a combination of sea salt and sesame seeds on the outside....brush with olive oil or water?
