Gaucho Grill--White Plains

Drove by 1 N. Broadway the othe day and noticed this place, which is not open yet. They have a website up, but no menus posted. Also the website says they will open in NYC and Greenwich. Does anyone know if this related to Tango Grill?

  1. I heard that there was going to be a steakhouse in that space but nothing in connection to Tango Grill. That used to be the Antipasti space. It's also a very large space. It will be interesting to see how they do.

    1. I've heard that some of the original Tango team is involved in this place. My wife and I ate there the week they opened. The food was excellent. If it stays as good as it was for us it will definately be a success. We'll be going back for sure.

      1. Had a very nice dinner with friends who came up from NYC to visit us and go to Neuberger Museum. Steaks were perfect, as was the tilapia my DH had. Apps and sides also yummy (tostones and grilled asparagus, and quinoa (which I'd wished was better)). Good cocktail for DH and a lovely bottle of wine (picked out by our friends -- it was Chilean). No dessert 'cause we were too full. Doggie bag with half of my skirt steak went home and was delish as dinner the next night. Was, however, expensive, like $175 a couple. But we aren't seeing our dear friends for 4 months, so was worth it!
