Charcuterie

Hello! I love some great charcuterie but I can't really think of that many places in the Tampa Bay area to indulge.

A google search turns up a few, but was wondering what my fellow chow hounds think.

One place that comes to mind is Alesia cafe in St. Petersburg and also Halong Bay make one. But, where else.

Also, are there stores around that specialize in Charcuterie ingredients? Thanks!

I keep forgetting about this place - yet - they are fairly close to where I work. Must..stop..in...

The Independent on N Florida. We often get the small plate to go along with the awesome beer. Sideberns at happy hour, Sundays in Ybor City- though theirs is more of a cheese plate. I have not been but heard they also have it at Beaune's and- I can't think of the name right now-and the wine bar on MacDill just up from Datz.

NIce, I'll keep the independent in mind. Too bad the St. Pete location is beer only.

Yeah, I like the Tampa spot much better than St Pete. It is nice to have good food on-site instead of ordering in.

Boca Kitchen & Bar in Tampa for a restaurant setup. Sideberns in the bar.

        And Mazzaro's for the ingredients.
