I'm a big fan of dinner at Dante's Kitchen, and they're open Sunday nights.

      Where are you staying?

      Do you have an auto?

Is driving an option, or do you wish to walk, or take public transportation?

What is "not too upscale" to you?

Any particular cuisine that you crave?

      Should be lots of options.

          Thank you.

The Grill Room, at the Windsor Court, IS up-scale, and while good, can probably be ruled out.

Not that far away, in the FQ (French Quarter), G W Fins is a very good, mid-scale seafood restaurant, that features local seafood, with local preps.

I also like he Emeril Lagasse group, NOLA and Emeril's, which are also close by - one in the FQ, and the other in he Warehouse Disrict.

Everything is open on Sunday (except some po-boy places) but some will be closed Monday. Most places in the FQ that fit your request are open 7 days.

Do a search for N.O. budget foods
