San Sebastian: Bodegon Alejandro-style options

Hi everyone,
Last time I was in San Sebastian I didn't get around to dining at Bodegon Alejandro. Too bad, because I kind of suffered Michelin overload and wouldn't have minded something more traditional.

Looks like I'll be back. However, Boddegon Alejandro's reservations pages shows they have no availability when I'm there :-\

Are there other restaurants of a similar calibre and price-point? ...better yet, any open on Mondays?

If not, of course there's always pintxos ;)
