I'm looking to find out the names of NYC (outer boroughs included) that grow their own food, whether it's on-site [think: Bell, Book, and Candle or Rosemary's Kitchen] or off-premises [think: Blue Hill] . Not just farm-to-table
And Egg's new sister restaurant Parish Hall. For more info on these see the Outer Boroughs board
It's not growing their own food per se, but the chef for Atera is well-known for foraging for his ingredients.
