Gluten Free in DC with teenagers

I have found a few GF menus in DC-
1.Legal Seafood, great menu I have tried,
2. Austin Grill, good looking menu,
3. Scion Restaurant confirmed clean separate oil have burger and fries,
4.Firefly, they don't use clean separate oil for fried foods.
5. Pete's has GF pizza and pasta
6. call Carmines to confirm GF pasta available.

Does anyone know of more GF menus that would be family appropriate... or good places to get Gf meals/snakcs? Thank you very much. I am creating a public Google map called Gluten Free in DC 2012 June

  1. PS7s identifies everything on their menu that is gluten free; it's usually several different options.

    1. All the Jose Andres places are especially good: Jaleo, Zaytinya, etc. Also Cava has a GF menu and is good about it. Dino is really good with it. Blacksalt is a little nice, but good with allergies. Sweetgreen and I think Nando's has a ton of GF options. And there are lots of nicer places if you call in advance are good about it.

I have had Pete's GF pizza, it's pretty good.

      1. Firefly are very nice. Their oil is used for other things so french fries are out, but we asked them to saute potatoes in a pan for us and they did it and it was great.
