Looking for suggestions for a decent place to have a civil ceremony dinner.

Hey all,
So I am getting married soon, and was looking for a place to host relatives and friends afterwards for food. My fiance and I are simply having a civil ceremony at the courthouse in Ellicott City, MD, but would like to at least have dinner with close friends and family. There will only be about 15-20 people total attending, but I was looking for some suggestions.

In terms of food, I would like to find a place with a variety of food options, in the range of $20-30/entree (or $45-60max/person.) I doesn't have to be anything fancy, just kind of looking for some ideas.

You might want to check out Elkridge Furnace Inn. It's a lovely place with very good food, though it might be at the top end of your budget range.
