Best soul food?
I live in Toronto but have visited Philadelphia every year for some time. I love soul food, something that just doesn't exist up here. In PHL, I've only have tried Debreaux's, which by the sounds of it, is considered far down the list of the best. Any recos for other places that should be tried?
