When is next Top Chef anything?

Regular or Just Desserts. Does anyone know when seasons 10 and 3, respectively, begin airing? I've been watching 80 plates and it is barely scratching the itch.

Instead of 80 plates, I wish they would have shown a season of Top Chef Canada. That's why I thought they had the head judge of Top Chef Canada as one of the judges in the finals for Top Chef Texas.

I was reading Food & Wine and noticed an ad with Jen Carroll. It mentioned that she is shooting something called "Bravo Life After Top Chef". Not sure when it's airing but it appears that Bravo is following some former contestants around to see how things have been going since the show.

She was... they were following her around in Philadelphia. Also announced today was that her new restaurant "Concrete Blonde" has been put on hold. Seems she forgot to secure a location.

I *think* Thierry was only a judge. I also thought Lorena was a returnee but I guess not.

I thogght Lorena was on before also, but I am confusing Lorena Garcia with Carmen Gonzales. Carmen actually beat Thierry in the season 2 episode where they made birthday dinner for Mekhi Phifer.

Top Chef had casting calls for season 10 in Feb, and Started filming in May. So I believe it starts late fall Novemberish.

I don't think it will be - apparently, Canlis - a very good local resto was 'closed for a private event' last week - windows papered over even. Someone quizzed the valet guy guarding the door about what was up, and he said 'they are filming a mayonnaise commercial'. Think it might not have been far from the truth!
