Mug Pancakes

I have such a pancake addiction. I wanted pancakes last night but didn't want to go through the effort and have to do the cleanup. So I was thinking about the mug cake recipes I've seen, cake for one microwaved in a mug.

Yep, I mixed my Trader Joes buttermilk pancake mix with milk in a mug and nuked it. Topped it with a dab of butter and some real maple syrup and dug in. God, it was good. Denser than regular pancakes but it took less than 2 minutes to make from start to finish and I got to have a mug-pancake.

Does anyone else make stuff in a mug for a quick fix?
