Linden Hills Farmers Market?
It was ok. More market than farmer, but I expected that in the Linden Hills neighborhood. Patisserie 46 is there, so that makes it worth a stop alone, and I think that foxy falafel makes a pretty tasty falafel. I would say, beyond those two, I saw Gai Gai Thai and a Wood fired pizza cart. Starthrower farm was there selling cheese and pelts, and both are really nice... I think there were 6 produce stalls, all relatively similar, with one that had really very nice petite greens(can't remember the name) Callister farms was the only protein I saw available, with the exception of the starthrower lamb(which is expensive but exceptional) I like the Poulet Rouge chicken that they have, and if you are a chicken nut, its worth it....other than that, pretty run of the mill....
re: mitch cumstein
mitch, I may be mistaken but it sounds like you might be talking about the "Fulton" market at 49th and Chowen? As opposed to the (new this year) Linden Hills market that is at 43rd and Upton.
I have only been to the former, and yes I must admit I've done more eating of pastries than buying of groceries. :-)
